Frequently Asked Questions

Are support workers trained in behaviour-aware and trauma-informed practice?

Yes. All support workers receive Behaviour Support training in trauma-informed care, behaviour awareness, de-escalation and documentation standards. Staff are guided by Behaviour Support Practitioners to implement strategies and supports best suited to the participant.

How do you ensure consistency across support workers?

We use structured routines, detailed shift notes and handover processes to maintain continuity and minimise disruption.

Do support workers document each shift?

Yes. All shifts include structured documentation to support transparency, reporting and coordination. Case managers liaise with stakeholders on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
