The Village is a thoughtfully designed community hub offering 11 individual living spaces, on-site parking and shared community spaces. The property supports participants who benefit from predictable routines, calm surroundings and easy access to essential amenities.
Located within walking distance to Fitzgerald Street, The Village blends independent living with the safety and structure of trained onsite support. The community-style layout includes a recreation hall and garden areas, creating opportunities for engagement, routine building and general wellbeing.
Jane’s Care uses the community space at The Village to host monthly events to promote community and engagement. This includes, BBQ’s, karaoke, arts and crafts and festive celebrations.

Support at The Village is delivered by a consistent team of trained support workers. All staff receive onboarding and ongoing training to ensure supports are delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with participant goals and service expectations.

Rosters are designed intentionally to prioritise participant familiarity and continuity.
Living environments and properties are provided separately from NDIS-funded supports.
Support models, staffing ratios (eg 1:1, 1:2, 1:3) and transport arrangements are assessed in parallel based on individual plans and are not inherent features of a property.
