I’m Ugyen and I have been a House Lead for nearly two years at Jane’s Care.

My journey here has been nothing short of amazing, filled with moments of learning, leading, and connecting with an incredible team and our participants.

For me, every day is a new opportunity to make a difference, and I try to bring positivity to everything I do.

One thing I’ve learned in this role is the importance of being a good listener. Being a good listener not only allows us to learn more about our participants but it also shows us ways to how we can put a smile on the faces of our participants by being understanding and supportive with their goals.  

Being a part of Jane’s Care has been such a rewarding experience. It’s a place where kindness, teamwork, and dedication come to life every day. I’m grateful for the trust my team places in me and the connections I’ve built with our participants—it’s these moments that make this role special.
