I’m Paul, a support worker at Jane’s Care, and nursing is my dream. For years, I’ve been part of this incredible team, blending my background as an enrolled nurse with a deep passion for helping people.

Every day, I do my best in providing a proactive support, tailoring everything to our participants needs.

Balancing work and studying to become a registered nurse isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it. Seeing participants gain independence or achieve personal milestones reminds me why I’m here.

Their progress fuels motivate me to keep learning, growing, and making a difference.

The support from other support worker keeps me going, too. Whether it’s a kind word or a shared laugh, the friendship at Jane’s Care is unmatched.

To me, being a support worker is more than a job. It’s a chance to empower others and walk alongside them on their journey. And while my nursing dream is still taking shape, I’m grateful every day to do what I love and make a real impact.
