Jane’s Care is a registered service provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services. Our services are developed to meet your specific needs in compatibility, as well as to get the best out of your NDIS Support Plan… We want to get to know YOU.



We deliver support services designed to enable and facilitate the improvement of the `quality of your daily living’. We will help you with day to day tasks such as skills and capacity building, mobility needs, bathroom assistance, domestic assistance, socialisation and specified nursing interventions.

Community Access

We will support you in learning how to access the community, engage in civic activities, social events and attend appointments. And once you’re there, or if you already are, we’ll support you in maintaining your ability to engage. Being part of the community is an essential part of your journey.


We undertake and/or facilitate the detailed and comprehensive assessments of your support and nursing needs, medical requirements, physical abilities, living and environmental needs as well as functional assessments.

Support Coordination

We have a dedicated team waiting to develop a long term relationship with you that is based around the reliable provision of support, care and assistance throughout all of the stages of your plan. This enables you to benefit more from an enhanced quality of life. This service also extends to the support coordination of persons with multiple or complex and specialist needs. We’re here for you, no matter what.

Respite /Transitional Support

Support/care or assistance can be delivered by Jane’s Care on a respite or transitional basis. This service is underpinned by our ability to be readily available to support you, and your loved ones, at very short notice should you need. Continuity of care without any compromise to your quality of life remains a key component what motivates us to deliver this service.

Complex / Specialist Needs

We are proud of our ability to offer services of support, care or nursing to clients who live with multiple, complex or specialist needs and conditions. These may be behavioural, nursing, medical or physical. Services extend to persons living with such care needs as tracheostomies, enteral feeding tubes, ventilators or life extending mechanisms.


We strongly believe that  your chosen place of residence should provide a sense of belonging, comfort and security. To this end, we offer access to a range of living and lifestyle options packaged as accommodation and support in order to meet your preferences and needs.

Packages are available to a  wide variety of scenarios, age groups and abilities.

Accommodation and support services that we offer:

  • Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
  • Individual housing and support
  • Short term breaks/respite
  • Shared housing and supports
  • Permanent placement/housing
  • Transition accommodation

Our facilities are designed to enable you to experience the feeling of “home” while still maintaining the connection with community and your lifestyle choices.

(SIL) Supported Independent Living

Finding suitable accommodation can be a challenge, particularly for a person living with specific needs. Jane’s Care  will assist as little, or as much, as you like with organising any respite, transitional, short term or long term accommodation and support arrangements that you may require (this can also include transport if this is needed or makes you feel more comfortable to have someone by your side).

Offering support in community or secondary levels of support; we cater for basic daily living support needs through to moderate and even complex high care scenarios and needs. We deliver these in the setting of your chosen location or preferred place of residence.

Jane’s care can also provide access to supported shared accommodation packages as an option to your plan and needs.
